Key Feature Update
EscrowCloud payers can now assign custom internal IDs to the tax offices connected to their portfolio.
This new feature makes it easier to organize, track, and reconcile tax office accounts using your internal naming conventions. Once added, custom IDs will appear across key areas of the platform, including:
- Tax office pages
- Payment history exports
- Reminders
This enhancement provides greater visibility and control when managing large portfolios or aligning with internal systems.
