Key Feature Update

We’re excited to announce an update to the Tax Seasons page in EscrowCloud! We've modernized the page with a cleaner, more streamlined layout to make managing your tax seasons easier.

What's New

  • Multiple collection seasons are now separated, making it easier to distinguish between each collection.

  • Each collection season now includes its own edit button, allowing you to manage each season independently without navigating through a combined view.

  • Improved layout with a more modern, organized design.

These enhancements are designed to improve visibility, especially for offices that manage multiple collection seasons throughout the year.

Best Practice

If your office has multiple collection seasons (such as first and second installments), we recommend creating all collection seasons when setting up your tax year—even if the dates for later installments are only estimates.

This provides EscrowCloud payers with an expected timeline for upcoming collections and helps prevent a future collection season from being overlooked. Once your official dates are available, you can simply return to the Tax Seasons page and update the estimated dates.
