Key Feature Update

To strengthen security and better protect consumer accounts and personal information, a new password expiration policy will be implemented for the Consumer (MuniciPay) users.


Overview

Password Reset Every 90 Days

  • Consumer users with a MuniciPay login will be required to reset their password every 90 days.
  • The 90-day period begins from the consumer's initial login
  • Once the password expires, the user will be prompted to create a new password before accessing their account.



Who is impacted

  • All consumers with an active MuniciPay login


This enhancement is part of our ongoing efforts to maintain strong security standards and safeguard consumer data.
